Two man or 4 hands job to line up the brackets. I cheated and used vise grips to hold brackets up to bed frame. After installing brackets it went quickly. Looks great on my Saki, but would rather have brackets bolted to frame instead of dump bed brace.

Brackets mount to bed frame, not vehicle frame. Once I ran out of cuss words trying to mount bracket and hold in place I stumbled upon idea of "C" clamps to hold bracket in place while installing bottom two screws. After that brainstorm it only took 1/2 hour to finish. Looks great but wish it mounted to vehicle frame.
