How do I know my transaction will be safe?

What happens after I've placed my order?
In most cases your order will be shipped within the following business day from the time it was placed or within the time frame stated in the "availability" display for each item. If the availability is outside of the parameters stated or the item is on back order, you will be notified via e-mail. You should receive your product within 2-5 business days of being shipped depending on your location.
How are products delivered to me?
Your products will arrive via UPS or on occasion USPS. In order to help save you money, some of the larger items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer or distributor. By us not shipping those products to us and then in turn ship out to you it helps us reduce our overall shipping expenses and pass that savings along to you our valued customer through our free shipping and shared shipping programs. For this reason, your entire order may not arrive at the same time or from the same source.
What is your Domestic shipping/handling policy?
We've Simplified this for everyone (Domestic Lower 48 USA States Only):
- For order totals from $0.01 to $99.00 you pay a flat $15 for shipping and handling.
- For order totals from $99.01 and up qualifies for FREE SHIPPING with some exclusions.
- FREE SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS - Due to the shipping expense on many of the larger items that are more than $99 we offer what we call our SHARED SHIPPING PROGRAM. This is where you pay a fixed amount and Side By Side Stuff pays the rest. This amount can be found at the bottom of each product description that this applies to. This way when you are viewing the item, you know what the shipping cost will be. When you check out the amount will appear on your invoice as shipping/handling. If there is a SHARED SHIPPING amount associated with an option, it will appear on your invoice at check out as shipping/handling and will not be shown in the product description.
Note: FREE SHIPPING and SHARED SHIPPING only applies to the lower 48 U.S.A. states (Alaska and Hawaii excluded).
Alaska and Hawaii:
We will be more then happy to ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. When shipping outside of the lower 48 U.S.A. states, the customer will be invoiced separately for the total shipping costs minus the customer paid SHARED SHIPPING amount attached to some products. If there is a customer paid SHARED SHIPPING attached to the product you will find the amount at the bottom of the product description and at check out. If you have already placed an order and are reading this, don't worry, we will not charge you for additional shipping without your prior approval. Someone will contact you shortly with a shipping quote.
For Example: You purchase a bumper for $300.00 and paid $20.00 SHARED SHIPPING at check out for a total of $320.00 We quote the total shipping to you at $100.00.
$100.00 TOTAL shipping cost
$20.00 (minus) You paid SHARED SHIPPING at check out.
$80.00 Additional shipping that you would be charged.
We would like to request that you please email or give us a call for shipping estimates outside of the lower 48 U.S.A. states prior to placing your order.
International Shipping Powered by 
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, Click the "International Customer Click Here To Pay" Button. Once you click the button, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.

What is your return policy?
Wrong, damaged or defective items:
Our goal is for you our valued customer to be satisfied with your purchase. Items sent incorrectly, damaged or defective will be exchanged or refunded in full. If an item needs returned please contact Side By Side Stuff for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will not be processed without an RA#. All items (even defective items) should be returned in as clean condition as possible. Shipping fees are not refundable.
All other returns:
For discrepancies not related to damaged, defective or wrong item, the customer must contact Side By Side Stuff within 7 days of receipt to get an RA# (Return Authorization Number). No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt. Customers have 14 days from receipt to return items prior to use. The RA# must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will not be processed without an RA#. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the authorized return of new products. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging in 100% resalable condition, or we may refuse to issue credit. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Shipping fees are not refundable.
In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $15.00 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sorry, no returns on discontinued, closeout, custom, or electrical components (ignitions and fuel controllers for example).
What is your cancellation policy?
Call us quick (816) 616-9946! If you contact us prior to your order being processed we can cancel the order without any fees or charges. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled but, it can be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.
