Polaris General 1000 GCL Hard Windshield

NOTE: For 2018+ Polaris Generals there was a large run of General roll cages that either installed incorrectly from the dealer or built poorly from the manufacturer. Due to this we can not confirm rear windshield fitment on these machines, and there maybe issues with the dump bed hitting the rear window after installed.


Sometimes when you’re out riding in your Polaris General 1000 you can enjoy the elemental exposure that no windshields offer you. However, if you’re like us here at Side by Side Stuff you know that you and your passengers are missing out on some enjoyment by remaining unprotected from the elements. That’s why we offer windshields like this GCL Rear Windshield for your Polaris General.

Constructed from 1/4" thick Lexan, these polycarbonate windshields offer an impressive resistance to puncture, fractures, shattering and anything else you may come across while out in your General. Installing the windshield is a quick and easy process with the supplied hardware and instructions. This means you won’t be stuck in the shop installing a universal fit product. Instead just after a few short moments you will be back out in the General and enjoying what makes it such a great machine.

PLEASE READ: Upon receipt of your windshield and prior to removing the protective film

• Inspect for any damages, including scratches protruding through the protective film
• Ensure product satisfaction
• Confirm correct fitment

Once protective film is removed, the windshield is no longer returnable or refundable.
