Spike formed the module from polycarbonate with infused scratch-resistant hard-coating. It's nearly indestructible, down to tackle the trails and keep the bugs, drive-winds and branches at bay. Along with the durability factor, you can add functionality to the component as well. The side by side front windshield also has "Comfort Flow" vents. Now, we don't know about you, but we could do without the low-pressure suction caused by windshields. That's where these vents come in.
