This is a fairly simple device to set up wrong. EXCELLENT support when I had a question. The only thing everyone should know is that all accessories need to go to the accessory battery, not the primary, otherwise the device is useless. You'll need a need a dedicated positive line from a fuse box/battery distribution block/bus bar to the accessory battery.

Would have been excellent, but the cable connections for stock RZR XP 1000 were to small a diameter to fit Polaris battery post bolts. Cut cable and and put new coppers ends. Other than that install went smooth!

This was an easy install for the most part. The isolator lights up blue when its working or doing its thing. One question I researched on line was why the blue light stays on so long after you turn off the maching? Found out it's normal and happens a lot because of a new fully charged battery. The only problem I have with this setup is the red battery cables need to be longer. At least one of them maybe 5 or 6" longer. I know some people might say mount it behind the seat but then you cant see the blue light come on and off so I mounted it behind the gear shift on my center console. The red cable coming from isolator to secondary positive was barely long enough. It works good just need longer Red cables. And I liked that all the cables had the ends already attached. The ground wire is a good length also and has ring already attached. I gave it 4 stars because of cable length. Good product though.

After checking out many different brands of UTV dual battery Isolation kits, I settled on the True Amalgamated one sold by Side-By-Side Stuff. The shipping was very fast, and the kit was complete with everything needed to mount it. The instructions were easy to follow. The True Am Duel Battery Isolator is sealed up, making it water proof and easy to mount. The kit came with a set of high quality battery cables too. I would highly recommend this kit, and Side-By-Side Stuff, if your needing a top notch duel battery isolation kit.
