Honda Pioneer 500 & 520 Folding Windshield

NOTE: If you have a 2017-21 model you will need to measure the roll bar to the bend at the top to ensure you receive the correct windshield. Please see photos for examples of how to measure correctly.

The Honda Pioneer 500 is a great compact UTV that can go where bigger side by sides can't. So because you might find yourself going down some rougher terrain, we offer the Full Folding Windshield by DaBomb Windshields. With the folding windshield, you'll have the best of both worlds because you can leave it in the full position for total protection from flying debris or you can fold it in the down position. This still gives you a significant amount of protection but airflow can still go into the cab, which helps a lot, especially in the summer heat.

All DaBomb Windshields are constructed with Lexan polycarbonate. There is no drilling required and installation is pretty fast and easy. This windshield can be trailered in the folded position and secured with the heavy duty Velcro straps provided. Steel clamps and connectors and an aluminum hinge ensure every part of this windshield lasts equally as long as the windshield itself.

Hard Coat Option:

Lexan, though impact resistant, is highly susceptible to scratching and even cleaning it incorrectly can scratch the material. The MR-10 hard coat option covers both the outside and interior of the windshield, prevents scratching and lengthens the life of your windshield. It is also 1/4 inch thick versus the non-coated windshield that is 3/16 inch thick.
