CFMOTO ZForce 500 & 800 Cab Enclosure

One of the first things you probably purchased for your CF Moto ZForce 500 or ZForce 800EX was a full windshield. Now winter is heading your way and we want to help you stay out of the freezing cold with the GCL Doors, Rear Window and Top (No Windshield). With this configuration, you can add the enclosure to your existing windshield. The enclosure is made right here in the U.S.A. and is hand measured and handcrafted, giving you a precise fit. Only the best materials on the market are used. The fabric is a professional marine grade material that is 100% polyester with stay-true long lasting color. The stabilized fit of less than 1% stretch or shrinkage ensure that it will last for seasons to come. The material is also water repellent, tear resistant, puncture resistant, mildew and UV resistant. The side and rear windows are made from Aqua-View Smoked vinyl that will give you a clear, unobstructed view.

The zippers are YKK zippers, which use state-of-the art injection techniques during manufacturing,. The zippers offer crosswise strength that's unrivaled in the industry and they are attached to the strongest cord and tape available currently. The quality materials don't end there. Marine sewing thread made from high tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multifillament polyester yarns is used throughout the cab enclosure. This system doesn't have to be used just for winter. When the weather starts warming up, you can unzip the doors and roll them back. This will allow plenty of airflow in the cab while giving you the option to close them again in minutes when you want the added protection. The enclosure comes with self-adhesive Velcro, care and installation instructions.
