Only four 4 stars because of the poor installation instructions and missing parts. The windshield is terrific. It has been on my 610 Kawasaki Mule for about two months. I had another window by a different manufacturer or it was from Kawaski, I do not know, because the Mule was a gift. I removed the old windshield and proceeded to put the new one on. It was packaged very well. I opened the "parts" bag and inventoried everything. I reviewed the instructions. Upon install, following the instructions, which are for a Kawaski Mule 610, I determined that the instructions left a lot to be desired. The step by step procedures could be better written and either drawings or pictures would be helpful. The parts were either not inventoried correctly or weighed right, however they are shipped, because I was missing two 2 nuts with capture washers. Fortunately, I am fairly mechanically inclined and I was able to bypass the missing or vague portions of the instructions and to have a couple of nuts and washers on hand to compensate for the missing parts. The install took about an hour, with the help of a friend, to assist in managing the windshield and putting on the nuts and bolts.
