The Polaris General is a machine that is both farm and trail oriented, every feature was thought of and no expense was spared to create the perfect machine for the working trail rider. But one thing that’s sure to be upgrade is the ground clearance. Whether you're blazing the trails or working the pasture there’s sure to be an obstacle that cannot be passed without some extra ground clearance. Now the best way to do that is with either a lift or just changing the tire size to get you those extra inches. Now this a great way to achieve a cheap lift but it can cause premature failure of the stock axles and that’s why Demon Powersports has come up with these heavy duty axles for you Polaris General. These heavy duty axles are a great factory replacement as they fit exactly the same but instead are made from the extremely tough Chromoly steel with an approximate 20% oversize axle diameter over stock axles. This makes for a more resilient axle. Alongside the oversized axle diameter, the CV joint features a similar scale with a 15% increase in CV joint size and strength. The internals of the joint are all precision machined and include an induction heat treated bearing to ensure an incredibly durable axle and features an ultimate swing angle of 45 to 47 degrees. Each joint is packed with a molybdenum grease that helps maintain the axle and prevent from premature failure. Whether you’re looking to just replace stock or something similar to an OEM axle these are a great choice.
