Designed to relocate your quads vent lines and air intake systems to a much safer location on your quad, this allows you to take your Sportsman out on the trails with complete confidence. The system features four individual front riser systems to ensure all outlets and inlets will be up and away from any water or mud. Unlike other systems, these kits come with everything you need to install the kit on your quad. From start to finish, each and every part, will be included for a quick and easy installation procedure. Features:

• Four (4) front risers
• Requires drilling four (4) holes in the front box lid
• Risers can be moved around the lid to desired location within the open box area under the lid
• Threaded connections at the lid
• Includes the CVT inlet, CVT outlet and dual air intakes along with all vent lines
• System is 1-1/2" system with dual 1-1/2" intake snorkels that bumps up to have 2" Warrior Risers
• 2" Warrior risers that slide and lock together for a strong, perfectly straight install
• Warrior risers have built in vent line slots to keep vent lines high, dry and secured cleanly
• Risers come in an all black finish but can easily be painted or hydro-dipped
• Twin air system adds air flow and performance
• Dual intake Warrior Plate for easy install over the factory intake hole in the air box (must drill 4 small holes for small bolts that secure the Warrior Plate to the air box)
• Designed to allow the front rack to operate for maintenance
• Designed to work with lift kits and over-sized tires
• Detailed color instructions with detailed pictures included for easy installation
• Comes standard with removable Warrior Wear tips

  • Easily cleaned and reusable, come unglued so you can custom paint them (come in black ONLY)
  • Easily glued with Locktite Stick'N Seal glue and can be glued with or without the water repellent pre-filter material
  • CVT outlet SHOULD NOT have the water repellent material in place
