Extended axles for RZR PRO XP have design elements catered to machines with extreme suspension mods. Oversized tires, Big Lifts, and Long Travel Kits require longer units than factory-built UTVs. Built for abuse

High Lifter forms the RZR PRO XP axle shaft and axle housing from Chromoly steel. Chromoly is significantly more durable than other metals with an exceedingly high weight-to-strength ratio. Some other attributes include high tensile strength and the ability to absorb shock sufficiently.

The UTV axle boots protect the CVs and housing, which are also dual heat treated to further increase shock absorbing qualities while increasing rigidity. TPE premium boots packed with anti-oxidation moly grease adds adequate lubrication improving temperature tolerance and friction resistance. For a driveline that can withstand the stress of Big Lifts and Long Travel Kits, the Polaris extended axle is an excellent choice.
