Dual heat treatments improve the toughness of the housings against shock loads without compromising the bearing surfaces. Oversized CV joint housings provide additional strength, while the housings, races, cages, and heavy-duty axle bars are constructed from 4340 Chromoly steel for dependable performance under demanding riding conditions.

Puncture-resistant boots are designed to remain durable in both high- and low-temperature environments, helping protect the CV joints from the elements. High-performance grease with molybdenum, anti-oxidation, and rustproof properties provides additional protection and helps support smooth, reliable CV joint operation. Double-plunged axle joints allow for increased movement while helping accommodate demanding suspension travel.
