Product Description
NOTES:
- Requires a fuel controller, the HMF Fuel Controller is recommended, as they run entirely too lean without one.
- Gun Metal and Blackout finish takes up to an additional 4 business weeks to ship.
Applicability: 2008-14 Polaris RZR 800 / RZR S 800 / RZR 4 800
Your Polaris RZR 800 or RZR S 800 is built to conquer whatever terrain you may come across and we are sure it will do that. From time to time you may encounter an obstacle or terrain where you could just use a little extra power to push you on through to the other side and that is where this HMF Titan Full Exhaust comes in to play.
Featuring an almost complete construction of 304 stainless steel and a 5-inch diameter muffler, this will give you several benefits over a stock system. The HMF system features a deep aggressive sound that boosts performance by approximately 10-15% over the stock exhaust system. When ordering your system you will have your choice between two mufflers, either the Titan XL or the Titan (Quiet) base model. Both offer the same performance and build quality however it is the core material that is different. The standard Titan series (Quiet) muffler features a mechanical restricted core that tends to keep the exhaust noise in lower decibel ranges while the Titan Loud (XL) is made with an unrestricted internal core that produces the same horsepower and torque gains it’s just in a louder decibel range.

As of this writing 2/22, I have had this system installed for about 3 weeks. Been cruisin around-no problems. Today I went to Sand Hollow to do the trail called Razzle Dazzle. You are merely poking along doing these types of trails. The exhaust header caught the rear deck on fire.. I called the company... I was told you can't just sit there and idle for 30 minutes. I was poking along. I guess this is a heads-up more than anything else. It seems to me that if you are selling a product it shouldn't do this kind of damage. It is a nice looking system. I purchased the quiet core with spark arrestor. It has a similar exhaust note of a stock exhaust.

Love this exhaust. It was very easy to install and program. It's not too loud at all. It's deeper and throatier than the stock exhaust. Exactly what sound I was looking for. Performance wise, I did notice a slight increase in mileage and overall speed. I don't really open the RZR up too often based on where I ride but it's nice to have a little extra. The main reason I bought this exhaust is price and the materials. I constantly get mud baked on the stock exhaust and it never cleans up and begins to rust quickly. Problem solved...
