We recently installed the heater purchased from your company. During installation we found the written part of the directions to rate 6 to 7 and the pictorial part of the directions to rate 2 to 3. There were 2 steps that needed to be taken that were not in the instructions at all. The final issue was the forward mounting system of the heater unit seems to be a bit undersized. By most accounts I am considered to be a very handy individual and overall I was able to figure it out and not so bad for someone like me, but could surely see others having major issues with the instructions.

Instructions are good but pics are not clear enough to see any details. Does not fit the way it should in my 2017 900 XP full size but when you finally get it hooked up it does blow good heat, and it does come with everything you need.
