Introducing the High Lifter 15% Dual Idler 4 Inch Portal Gear Lift for Polaris RZR XP Turbo S. This gear lift is the ultimate upgrade for your off-roading adventures, delivering unmatched performance and durability.

With dual idler gears, the load is spread over twice as many teeth on the gear sets, doubling the area and reducing stress by half. This translates to more reliable torque transfer, ensuring your vehicle can handle any terrain with ease. Additionally, the 15% gearing extends brake life by greatly improving engine braking, meaning you'll need to replace brakes less often.

The gear box of the High Lifter gear lift is the strongest on the market, thanks to the forging process which produces a tougher piece of metal compared to cast and billet aluminum. It's extremely robust, providing you with worry-free miles on your off-road journeys. Plus, the optional vent kit offers cooling advantages, reducing early deterioration of gaskets and seals.

The gaskets and seals in this gear lift are made of high density Kevlar fiber, eliminating the need for additional sealant. They are creep resistant and resistant to oil and coolant, ensuring optimum performance in harsh conditions. With two oil seals on the spindle shaft, water intrusion and oil leaks are prevented. The true triple seal on the input shaft, including a wiper seal, adds an extra layer of protection.

The backing plate of the High Lifter gear lift is the strongest on the market. Constructed with 5/16" steel plate and bent flanges, it offers exceptional strength and durability. The welded gusset brackets and factory off-set design make it compatible with most control arms built to factory hub specifications.

Featuring precision ground stainless steel rotors, this gear lift offers easy assembly and disassembly with access holes. The slotted rotor design allows for efficient heat dissipation and cooling, maximizing performance and longevity.

The gear itself is made of alloy steel and undergoes a heat treating process, increasing overall internal and external strength. CNC precision ground machining ensures excellent fitment and further enhances strength. With controlled gear lapping, installation is a breeze and you can enjoy a quieter performance.
