Pictures were not clear enough to tell these doors do not have a frame. They velcro in place then you use the zipper each time you enter or exit. All that being said they do cut the wind and side drafts and help keep the heat from the heater in, the big question is how long will the zippers hold up to repeated use in cold weather.
