Applicability: 2008-14 Polaris RZR 800 / RZR 800 XC / RZR S 800 / RZR XP 900 / RZR 4 800 / RZR XP 4 900 and 2012-22 Polaris RZR 570 / RZR Trail 570
When you're cruising the trails do you ever get tired of getting hit in the face with tree branches and bugs? Then we have the perfect thing for you! Here at Side by Side Stuff, we have the Half Windshield by DaBomb Windshields for your Polaris RZR 570 or RZR 800 model. This windshield was manufactured right here in the U.S.A!
With a full windshield, you come to realize that it is hard to keep it clean during a ride and your visibility could be limited, but with this half Lexan windshield you don't have to worry about that. The shield comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects, product clouding or discoloring. It is 13 1/4" inches tall from where the roll bar enters the body of your machine. The installation and hardware are included with your windshield, so you can get it installed quickly and get back on the trails!

Hard Coat Option:
Lexan, though impact resistant, is highly susceptible to scratching and even cleaning it incorrectly can scratch the material. The MR-10 hard coat option covers both the outside and interior of the windshield, prevents scratching and lengthens the life of your windshield. It is also 1/4 inch thick versus the non-coated that is 3/16 inch thick.

I found that in mounting the windshield, that the supplied bolts were a little short, so I used a 1/4-20 x 2", in order to have the comfortable reach to be able to close the clamps. I then removed the bolt, and replaced it with a 3/4" machine bolt, and added a washer on the outside and a nylock nut. I repeated this for each of the mounting points. As a new polycarbonate windshield, it holds static, and attracts a lot of dust. I've tried a dish soap and water spray, with limited success, and am going to try a fabric softener and water spray the next time I hose down the buggy.
