The Dot Weld folding windshield is constructed of 1/4 inch shatterproof polycarbonate; with the bottom half of the windshield mounted with rubber coated clamps and hardware to your roll cage. The top, folding portion is attached with Dot Weld’s quick connect Velcro straps that allow it to be folded up or down in seconds! The windshield is designed to fit the contour of your hood with a full length rubber gasket to create a great seal. Not too impressed with it. Scratches easily, bottom gasket doesn't seal for crap, hinge is cracking after 5 years, and I rarely put it up. The mounting clamps are too big for the roll cage tubing. The hinge point is directly where I look while driving. I'm replacing it soon, but not with another Dot-Weld.

Quality product and easy it's to install!!! The only downside is for people under 6 feet tall, the seam dividing the upper and lower sections is in the line of sight for my wife. Also, the the roof on the Honda has to be disconnected to raise the windshield to full coverage, both sections could be trimmed a few inches for an easier fit and convenience.

I have the same windshield for a Polaris Ranger and it is proportioned differently.

DOES NOT FIT WITH A TOP ON HONDA 700 PIONEER. I HAD TO CUT THE TOP IN ORDER TO FOLD THE WINDSHIELD UP. IT WOULD HIT THE TOP WHEN I TRIED TO FOLD THE WINDSHIELD UP.

Ad says windshield fits the Honda Pioneer 700. It does not fit with the Honda factory roof top installed. Widow will not fold down, it hits the top of the roof overhang visor. Real bummer.

It would be a 5 star but unfortunately the fold is right in line with my view so I have to stretch or bend. Will have to order a different one now to actually be able to be comfortable.

Great price ... good quality .... delivered fast ... only complaint is the fold is eye level :( it’s a bummer I’m 5’7 so maybe if you were a few inches taller it would be perfect for you.

You buy cheap, you get cheap. Expected better quality. Top and bottom sections of windshield were not aligned with each other when glued to the hinge. Bottom seal was not formed and glued to the windshield on both ends. Cheap clamps hold windshield loosely to rollbars. Bought some clamps from Honda and if I can get them attached to the windshield they'll work much better.

Windshield arrived quickly and was a good fit for the Honda Pioneer 700. I think some of the hardware included in the installation kit was the wrong size, but they were common pieces that I had around the house.

It was easy to install with only a couple tools. I have the Honda factory roof with removable clamps, so I have to unclamp the front and lift slightly to fold the windshield up or down. I think they'll trim off a couple inches for you, if you ask. The hinge appears to be the standard golf cart folding windshield type. The windshield is a bit thin, that may be why they say tow with it folded. I got it tinted and I'm glad I did since I wear prescription glasses and shades are a pain. The edging material at the bottom is great. A good balance between price and quality.

Very easy install and was what I was looking for. Only thing is that when cleaning do not use a wash cloth use a t-shirt or fiber cloth.
